Terms & Conditions

After receiving your booking we will send you a letter of confirmation, which we ask

you to check carefully and make sure everything is as you requested.

Upon receiving the letter we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £40.00 to be paid

within 2 weeks of date of letter. Failure to do so could result in you losing your

booking (If you are unable to meet the deposit termination date please call us as soon

as possible to ensure your booking is safe). The balance is to be paid either before or

on day of party before celebrations commence.

You are required to give 7 days notice if cancelling your booking or FULL

PAYMENT will be required within 7 days of cancellation.

No Child that is knowingly sick before the party shall be allowed on the bus as we are

in a confined area and would like to reduce the risk of contamination.

Should a child become sick while on the bus the child should be removed from the

play area and assisted to the front of the bus where he or she can sit and wait to be

collected.

Although we are disclosed, any child in need of assistance with toileting should be

accompanied by yourself or the other helping adult.

Shoes are required to be removed as soon as the children board the bus. We are not to

be held responsible for any lost shoes or valuables. Any shoes or valuables left will

be left at owners own risk.

It is your responsibility to ensure that each child leaves with the correct parent or

guardian, either after or during the party, although it will be every adults

responsibility to ensure that no child leaves without your knowledge.

 

Adverse weather conditions.

 

During the winter months the road conditions may make it hard or impossible for Bobby to make it to your destination. In the unlikely event that we are not able to get to you for your party a full refund will be offered.
